• eLearning courses: You can request and receive a full refund for up to one month when your progress in the course is less than 30%.
• Official exam vouchers: You can request and receive a full refund for up to ten days after you receive your exam voucher. You acknowledge that the delivery of the exam voucher or its details is the full performance of the service by Dmitrii Ilenkov pr Beograd and that your right to recall is lost.

If your order contains multiple items, you can request a refund for some or all of the items in the order, in which case, each item will be subject to the conditions of its own type, as explained above.
