For me personally, the main value of the framework is the simplicity of course mastery. You can learn the main approaches and procedures in 2 days. And then, you can apply it all in a week. We use the framework in projects where you need to set up common "rules of the game" in a short prospect for several teams with different backgrounds. In the beginning, we briefly introduce the framework outlines to the client's staff involved in the project. Then, we run the process according to the steps of P3.express, simultaneously explaining to interested parties what is happening now and what will happen next, and why it is important. Having a clear and simple "step-by-step plan" allows you to cut the sharp corners of interaction, to operate changes with less stress, and, eventually, to achieve the goals of the project much easier. If an Agile approach is too risky for your project, and PMBOK is too complex, I recommend trying P3.express.

I've been familiar with P3.express for two years currently! In fact, we have applied the elements of this hybrid methodology to take advantage of the management flexibility and accelerate the achievement of results within our rather strict life cycles of investment IT projects. Moreover, I am pleased to recommend P3.express in my internal course on change management in IT projects!
Alexander Mikhailov, Norilsk Nickel IT Project Portfolio Manager
P3.express is a compact and efficient project management platform with many step-by-step practical examples. The main advantage of this system is the swiftness of implementation and integration into any project. Thanks to this system, I was able to achieve transparency in the execution of project tasks and adjust interactions within and beyond the team. My special gratitude is to Valeria and Dima for their work and excellent support before and after training.

A ready-made tool for work. I would recommend learning the theory of the course for the whole team simultaneously and then considering whether it will suit you or not. But even if it does not "take off" in the company, it allows you to recall and structure knowledge and experience. I want to note especially that the course contains relevant examples and links to useful services, some of which have become excellent tools in my work. Thanks to Dmitry and his team for adapting and preparing great material.
